Hey, stew can be sexy because I said so myself! Especially, a big hearty bowl of my “Sexy Beef Stew!” I think of food as “SEXY” when the flavor profiles are on point and each bite is so rich and delicious. I promise that my “Sexy Beef Stew” aims to please and the perfect bowl of comfort food during the winter months and if your feeling a little under the weather, it will most definitely give you an internal hug and make you feel better! And it doesn’t get any easier because everything goes right into your crock pot and BAM a few hours later you have a big bowl of beef stew!

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 lbs of All Natural Grass Fed Beef Stew Meat
  2. 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  3. 1 tsp of Salt & Pepper & Garlic Powder
  4. 1-2 tbsp of Olive Oil
  5. 2 Cups of Red New Potatoes (cubed)
  6. 1 Medium Onion (quartered & sliced)
  7. 3 Cloves Garlic (sliced thin)
  8. 4 Celery Stalks (diced)
  9. 4 Carrots (diced)
  10. 1 15oz Can Organic Tri -Bean Blend (drained)
  11. 1/2 Cup of Organic Creamy Tomato Soup or Red Wine
  12. 1 Bay Leaf
  13. 3 Strips of Bacon
  14. 1 Cup of Water
  15. 2 Cups Beef Stock (no msg)
  16. 1 Packet Lipton Onion Soup
  17. 2 tbsp Worchestershire
  18. 2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
  19. Parmesan Cheese (real block parmesan cheese)
Instructions
  1. Season your beef with the salt, pepper, & garlic and toss in flour .
  2. Add olive oil to saute pan and brown on all sides.
  3. Place potatoes, onion, garlic, celery, carrots, beans, tomato soup or wine, bay leaf, bacon and beef in crock pot.
  4. Add water, beef stock, lipton onion soup, worchestershire, beef base to your already used saute pan and allow everything to blend over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Once mixed well pour your liquid ingredients in your crock pot over your beef stew meat and veggies.
  6. Cover with lid and cook on high for 5 hours or low 8-9 hours.
  7. Enjoy with fresh chunks of parmesan cheese. It really sets it off!
