The cool weather has me craving a comforting bowl of Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup with parmesan toast points on the side. I was looking for a warm internal hug and this recipe doesn’t get any easier. I pulled out the old crock pot and threw in all my ingredients to create a rich and hearty bowl of “Homemade Chicken Noodle” that was fulfilling and yummy in my tummy. And let me tell you it hit the spot! This soup is packed with some super flavorful ingredients that gives it a little something extra special compared to your more traditional bowl of chicken noodle soup. And it’s perfect on a cool day or if your feeling a little under the weather it guarantees to please.

Ingredients
  1. 4 Stalks Celery Diced
  2. 2 Cups Carrots Diced
  3. 1 Small Onion Quartered & Sliced Thin
  4. 2 Cloves of Garlic Sliced Thin
  5. 2 Sprigs of Rosemary
  6. 2 Bay Leaves
  7. 2 Liquid Packets Swanson Chicken Flavor Boost
  8. 1 Packet of Goya
  9. 1 Pkg of 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  10. 32oz 100% Natural Chicken Stock
  11. 1 1/2 Cups of White Wine
  12. 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  13. 1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper
  14. 8oz Bag of Egg Noodles (If you don't like a lot of noodles only add half the bag)
  15. Parmesan Shredded (buy the good stuff and grate your parmesan- it matters)
Instructions
  1. Add all of your ingredients except for the egg noodles to your crock pot. Cook on high for 5 hours. Then open your crock pot and shred your chicken thighs.
  2. Add your egg noodle and turn back on high for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve in a bowl topped with lots of shredded parmesan. Its key to extra rich yumminess!
Notes
  1. Serve with sourdough parmesan bread. PERFECTION!
