All hail the skinniest little treat you can eat! Oh my goodness my sweet tooth is like none other and I feel like I found a little slice of Heaven when I discovered these 4 Ingredient Protein Brownies! You conquer your sweet tooth fix without all the guilt and after a workout I even get a bit of protein. Ok, just for the record these are not strictly for people who like to workout just because you see the word “protein.” Nope!
They’re for anyone like myself who has uncontrollable sugar cravings and want a skinny option that doesn’t taste skinny! Theres nothing worse then eating something that taste like cardboard or flavorless but thanks to the Steviva products (I chose to use Nectevia for these brownies) it doesn’t taste like chemical and it doesn’t taste like your eating nothing. Instead it taste DELICIOUS!!!! You will seriously question if what you’re eating is really guilt free or not, swear!
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1/4 Cup of Cocoa
- 2 tbsp of Nectevia (Steviva Product)
- 2 Scoops of Quest Protein Powder (I've used both Banana & Cookies-N-Cream before)
- Add those 4 ingredients to a blender of bowl and use hand mixer.
- Once blended add to your greased tin pan.
- Bake 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
They’re so darn good! I will share a little secret with you I ate all six in just one day, YIKES! I just couldn’t believe how much the Nectevia gave it a natural sugar flavor and how just 4 ingredients could make a brownie. I hope you try and don’t forget to drop a comment! 🙂
